Student Assistance Program
Glenn Springs Holdings understands our future will someday be in the hands of today's youth. Preparing tomorrow's leaders through educational opportunities will enhance the quality of life for all of us. In 2001, we established the Glenn Springs Holdings Copper Basin Scholarship Fund to help Copper Basin High School students acquire a college education.
Each year, a student is selected to receive the scholarship based upon academic and personal achievements.

Copper Basin High School graduate, Jessica Burger, was awarded the 2005 Glenn Springs Scholarship for academic achievement. Jessica plans to attend the University of Tennessee in Knoxville majoring in pre-med. Her goal is to become a pediatric oncologist. |
The requirements for the Copper Basin Scholarship are:
- Attend a four-year State of Tennessee sponsored college.
- Maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or above.
- Take requried subjects for a timely graduation in the field of study.
- Submit grades to the high school counselor after each semester.
The recipient is selected by the Copper Basin Scholarship Committee.
